Michael Malone is a professional personal trainer and sports nutritionist certified by the American Council of Exercise (ACE). Michael Is a Nationally Certified Nutritionist. He is also a long standing member of International Association of Fitness Professionals (IDEA). He provides weight training, nutrition, flexibility, balance, post rehab conditioning, martial arts, sports specific and educational programs to schools, corporations, fitness classes and individuals. His clientele ranges from post surgery and rehabilitation clients to noted athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
In addition to his interest in weight training, Michael is also an active student and teacher of the martial arts and currently holds several levels at Black Belt in Kenpo Karate and Jiu-Jitsu. His styles are many: Kenpo, Jiu-Jitsu, Ishin Ryu, Kickboxing and Boxing, Kobudo (weapons) and more. He has many National Titles at competition level. Michael's interest in the martial arts influences his training style. His philosophy of fitness is a mix of traditional and modern methods blending western and eastern philosophy. He strives to help his clients obtain a positive mind and spirit with a healthy body through proper nutrition, strengthening, aerobic, balance and flexibility training.
