Michael Malone is a professional personal trainer and sports nutritionist certified by the American Council of Exercise (ACE). He is also a long standing member of International Association of Fitness Professionals (IDEA). He provides weight training and educational programs to schools, corporations, fitness classes and individuals. His clientele ranges from post surgery and rehabilitation clients to noted athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
In addition to his interest in weight training, Michael is also an active student of the martial arts and currently holds a Black Belt in Kenpo Karate. Michael's interest in the martial arts influences his training style. His philosophy of fitness is a mix of traditional and modern methods blending western and eastern philosophy. He strives to help his clients obtain a positive mind and spirit with a healthy body through proper nutrition, strengthening, aerobic and flexibility training.
